Is money the goal?
Money matters. But if we work only for it, we stop seeing the person beside us. Perhaps money is a means for supporting each other’s lives.
Is every effort being seen?
Site preparations, drawings late at night, care that nobody notices. The harder an effort is to see, the more it holds the work up. We are thinking about how to truly see it and truly reward it.
Who is work for?
Air, power and water are the foundation of someone’s life. Picture the person at the end of the line, and work begins to look a little different.
Realizing a “rich life”
through work.
These are words we have held since our founding. Richness cannot be measured by money alone, so we keep these words not as an answer but as a question. We check ourselves from three viewpoints.
Economy
Are we standing on our own feet?
Autonomy
Are we thinking and acting for ourselves?
Society
Are we supporting people and our community?
Always evolving to meet our customers’ needs.
When someone asks, “Could you do this?”, we first give it thought and look for a way to make it possible. That is how the scope of our work has grown.
