What we aim for is a state we can call a “harvest.”
Each company has people who shine in sales, management and on site. People help one another across company lines and speak their minds. We are trying a few things to get there.
A day each year
to celebrate each other.
The whole group gathers to praise a year of hard work. A day to cross company lines and learn about each other’s work.
A next home for colleagues
returning to their countries.
We are preparing a place where our Vietnamese colleagues can keep using their strengths after they return home.
Welcoming AI
as a colleague.
Leave to AI what AI does well, and give people more time with people. We are testing ways to reduce misunderstandings at work.
Can AI become a new colleague?
There are things AI does well and things people do well. If we share our strengths and weaknesses, misunderstandings at work may decrease, and people may have more time to face each other.
Efforts that are seen correctly and shared fairly. That, too, is one of the harvests we are looking for.
